Dates and Details

The Expo will deliver to Perth, a new understanding of coeliac disease, the benefits of a gluten free diet and food allergies. It will present a broad range of products and services available in the market place.

The presentation will include displays, cooking demonstrations, seminars and information to support both individuals who have these specialised dietary requirements and those that provide them, including caterers, restaurateurs, families and friends.
