Last year four and a half thousand visitors had their tastebuds tantalised with an array of gluten free and allergy
friendly food at WA's inaugrual Gluten Free Food and Allergy Expo on the weekend. Next years show, scheduled for the
7th and 8th March, is sure to be bigger and better with exhibitors already signing up to participate.

The Coeliac Society of Western Australia would like to thank members of the public for their support and we look

Four seminars will be held daily featuring leading speakers on both gluten free  and allergy aware living. Each seminar session will deal with a different topic, so you may need to stay all day to take it all in!		There will be eight different presentations over the two days showing how to cook with flair in your own home. From a quick meal to baking the perfect loaf our chefs will help you rejuvenate your dining table.		Talk to the experts and find out more about safer, clearer food choices and a gluten free lifestyle. It’s surprising how many new ideas you will discover  at the exhibition.

Imporant Notice: Please be advised that the Perth Esplanade Busport will be closed on the Saturday and Sunday of the Expo. People using the bus will still be able to get to the Expo but will need to access service at a nearby stop.
Train services are not affected.
