Last year four and a half thousand visitors had their tastebuds tantalised with an array of gluten free and allergy friendly food at WA's inaugrual Gluten Free Food and Allergy Expo on the weekend. Next years show, scheduled for the 7th and 8th March, is sure to be bigger and better with exhibitors already signing up to participate.
